Toni Revealed
Having sold over 42 million albums word wide with a string of Gold/Platinum smash hits, and a multi-faced career that included everything from Broadway to feature films to television and even modelling it was fair to say that by now Toni Braxton has just done it all. Well at least that was until the 6 time Grammy winner and mother of two announced that she is going to take on Vegas , replacing the King of Vegas, Wayne Newton himself at the Flamingo hotel-casino. Braxton who was recently seen on Tour after almost a 10 year break , sold-out virtually every single venue nationwide making her 2006 “Libra Tour” one of the most acclaimed tours of the season by both fans and critics alike.
“So when the opportunity presented itself that Toni Braxton was looking to do a Vegas date, we put the full-court press on and had to make it happen." Said the Flamingo president Don Marrandino at the press conference held on 19 May 2006. Marrandino, went on to say "At the Flamingo we're really going to focus on hippin' the place up, …We are thrilled to have Toni join us at the Flamingo. She is a vibrant entertainer whose world stature will bring renewed energy and prestige to the same stage that has featured countless musical superstars over the past 60 years."
Titled “Toni Braxton: Revealed” and described by Braxton herself as “ one of the hottest show's on the Strip” the six nights a week entertainment extravaganza promises to be a sexy and intimate production that draws upon Ms. Braxton's experience as an accomplished musician, singer and Broadway performer, complete with her incredible band, amazing costumes, background singers and dancers. The show will take fans through my musical career beginning in 1992 to the present and feature a high-energy fashion show likely with clothes from designer Dolce & Gabbana said Braxton.
"I've just come off the road doing my first tour in 10 years and I can't wait to create an exciting new show for the legendary Flamingo," says Ms. Braxton. "There is nothing like the thrill of performing nightly to a live audience with fans that have supported me throughout my career. I'm looking forward to developing the show for the Flamingo, settling into Las Vegas with my family and bringing Revealed to a whole new crowd."

Zoals je misschien wel hebt gemerkt, Toni doet de 2006 officiële FIFA World Cup anthem van dit WK toernooi. Samen met Il Divo doet ze het nummer "The Time Of Our Lives". Hier verder onder kun je de clip bekijken!
Ook is bekend geworden dat zij live met Il Divo de opening van het WK toernooi op 8 juni vanaf 20.15 uur voor hun rekening nemen.
Ook is voor dit nummer een cd-single beschikbaar en is er een release van Toni's Libra album, met een nieuwe lay-out en met extra nummer "The time of our lives".

Toni Braxton gaat topless
Oh nee, is het echt, of gewoon oh ja!
Playboy onderhandelt blijkbaar met de popsoul-diva Toni Braxton voor een onthullende fotoreportage.
Toch zou de zangeres er niet voor kiezen om helemaal uit de kleren te gaan. De lezers van het populaire mannentijdschrift krijgen dus alleen haar boezem te zien.
